When Team Lach lists your home, they will assess its marketability for today’s buyer. They will make recommendations for changes and updates. Sometimes that involves staging your home. Depending upon your situation, Team Lach has furniture and accessories on hand that can be loaned out or have dependable resources for more in-depth needs.
If you do not have the time and/or finances to involve yourself with staging details, let Team Lach do the work and pay for your staging! Their time and financial commitment to you are part of your partnership. The goal is to obtain the highest price for you when you sell. They will roll their sleeves up, pull out a checkbook and go to work!
Sometimes staging involves simple decluttering, repositioning of belongings and perhaps some fresh paint. Other times, more recommendations are made to make your home more marketable and appealing to potential home buyers. Ask Team Lach for details about their home-staging program.
